Information on personal data processing

 

 

The company Kelvin Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, postcode 43-300, at 413 Sobieskiego 413, as the Personal Data Controller gathers information provided to it at the time of entering into an agreement and during its term.

Personal data are processed for the purposes connected with development of relations with customers and with the employer’s obligations towards its employees.

The basis for data processing  is a concluded agreement or consent of the person whom such data relate to.

The categories of the data processed for commercial purposes include: forename, surname, telephone number, address, e-mail, position, details of the represented entity.

The categories of the data processed for the purpose of employment comply with the relevant regulations of the Labour Code.

In view of the requirement to ensure proper organisation of current matters relating to our business operations as an entrepreneur, personal data may be provided for the purpose of processing subject to an entrustment agreement to the following recipients: tele-information service providers, courier companies  and postal operators, law firms, debt collection agencies, consulting and training companies, healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Data are not made available to any third parties. Only institutions authorised under law may be recipients of the data.

Data are not transmitted to any third country.  

Data are not subject to profiling.  

Personal data are processed until the purpose for which they have been gathered ceases to exist or until an objection to their processing is submitted.  

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is indispensable for achieving the purpose for which they were gathered.

Each person has a right  to access the content of their personal data and a right to rectify them delete, limit processing such data, a right of objection, a right to require that its processing and transferring be stopped, as well as a right to withdraw consent at any time and a right to lodge a complaint, to the supervisory authority, i.e. to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
